Join NARAL Pro-Choice Minnesota, Planned Parenthood Minnesota Advocate and NCJW Minnesota on May 21st for a national day of action to stop abortion bans! We will meet on the steps of the Minnesota State Capitol.
Alabama and Georgia passed the most restrictive abortion bans in the nation this week. Many other states have worked to ban abortion before patients even know they are pregnant. In Minnesota, we’re fighting against a 20-week abortion ban brought forth by extremists in the state legislature. We must stop these dangerous abortion bans and fight to keep abortion safe, legal and accessible.

Join us this Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at noon at the Minnesota State Capitol to show up, speak out, and fight back against the wave of extreme, unconstitutional abortion bans sweeping the nation. We’ll gather with activists from across Minnesota and our partners in the fight for reproductive freedom to get loud and say together: Stop the bans.
STOP THE BANS: RALLY TO PROTECT SAFE, LEGAL ABORTION
Tuesday, May 21, 2019 noon
Minnesota State Capitol
This is not a drill. With the recent onslaught of abortion bans around the country, including the bans just passed in Alabama, Georgia, and Missouri—Roe is at real risk. We have now seen fifteen state bans on abortion pass in the first five months of 2019. This year legislators in Minnesota introduced several abortion restrictions—including a six-week ban like the one in Alabama—all in an effort to make abortion inaccessible.
